What Happens When You Call

We start with the house itself. The aluminum channel for app-controlled permanent lighting mounts to the fascia or just under the drip edge, so we ask how old the home is, what the trim is made of and whether the gutters have been replaced. Older houses often have aluminum wrap over original wood fascia, past repairs that left mixed materials, or a single exterior outlet on a circuit shared with half the house. Each of those changes how we fasten the channel and where the power supply and controller go.

Next we set up a visit to see the roofline in person. We measure each run, press-test the trim for soft wood hiding behind the wrap and pick a dry, sound spot for the controller. You then get a written quote that lists run lengths, mounting method and any trim or power work as separate lines, so nothing turns up later as a surprise.
